Universal Bloom is an Epic Back Bling in Fortnite, that can be purchased with the Starflare Outfit in the Item Shop for 
1,500 V-Bucks or with The Littlest Snail's Locker Bundle for 2,000 V-Bucks. Universal Bloom was first released in Chapter 2: Season 3 and is part of the Space Fire Set.
