Fortnite Zero Hour Chapter Finale Live Event on November 29 at 2 PM ET[]
Legends assemble to save reality from the Dark Presence. The fight begins in Fortnite Zero Hour on November 29 at 2 PM ET.
You can find Fortnite Zero Hour in-game in the top row of Discover. The doors open at 1:20 PM ET and the event starts for all players at 2 PM ET. This is a one-time only event.
When Chapter Seven of Fortnite Battle Royale is live, all players who have logged in between November 27 at 9 AM ET and December 1 at 9 AM ET will immediately receive the Yuki Yubari Outfit inspired by the upcoming “The Lost Chapter: Yuki’s Revenge” in Fortnite. Bingo!

Frozen Fjords is back![]
'Tis that time of the year! The cold’s setting in, the storms are rolling out icy waves, and it's time to get your cold-weather gear ready. Welcome back to the Winterfest Venture Season, running November 19 (7 PM Eastern Time) to January 21!
Map Improvements[]
The Frozen Fjords Zone Map has received a complete overhaul! With these visual updates, navigation is now easier, and Mission selection is clearer with improved UI contrast.
Frostnite[]
Brave the cold and keep the Burner lit – Frostnite is here all Season long! Each week brings a new Challenge to tackle, rewarding you with some cool Heroes and weapons. The longer you survive, the more Snowflake Tickets you’ll earn!
Llamas & Event Store[]
Speaking of Snowflake Tickets, you can trade 500 of ‘em for a Holiday Llama filled with festive Heroes and Holiday weapons. Don’t forget to check the Llamas tab regularly – a whole assortment of loot-packed Llamas will be making special appearances throughout the Season!
We’ll also be restocking the Event Store with returning Heroes and weapons each week, with Snowstrike joining the mix.
Seasonal Questlines and Hero Rewards[]
Three Questlines are rolling out across the Season – each with a Hero reward you can unlock:
- Completing Holly Jolly Ransom (Nov 20 – Dec 31) unlocks Crackshot (Soldier).
- Completing Misfit Toys (Dec 11 – Jan 21) unlocks Jilly Teacup (Outlander).
- Completing Red Willow’s Eve (Jan 1 – Jan 21) unlocks Red Willow (Outlander).
Updates to Seasonal Event Access[]
To ensure healthy progression in the early stages and make the Season enjoyable without feeling overwhelming, we've updated seasonal access requirements.
To access Ventures, Frostnite and Event Questlines, you will need to complete the Homebase Storm Shield Defense 5 Mission.
Event Tickets can still be earned after completing Homebase Storm Shield Defense 3, allowing you to build up seasonal currency while progressing at a comfortable pace.

- Ninja Heroes can again use the Mantis Leap ability consistently.
Frozen Fjords[]
- Rescue the Survivors and Destroy the Encampments in Chilly Cove now correctly spawn enough objectives, ensuring Mission completion.
- [Frostnite] Fixed an issue with several Traps missing frozen visual effects in Frosty Turf.
- Some parts of buildings that were destroyed no longer float in the air, and are properly destroyed with the building (including indestructible roof sections).
- Splash effects no longer appear in waterless cave areas in Chilly Cove.
- An unintended hole an adventurous spelunker discovered in Boreal Base has been sealed off.
- The Lighthouse horn in Chilly Cove no longer plays a looooong blow and now sounds at the correct intervals.
- Reattached a few floating chimneys to their roofs in Chilly Cove.
Known Issues[]
- [Xbox One] Lighting may be missing on the Command and Mission Launch screens.
- Soldiers’ Shockwave ability may be locked out if interrupted by player-built ramps, roofs or sloped terrain.
- Bullets from some Assault Rifles and SMGs may appear to fly in the wrong direction. This is visual only – shots still hit where you’re aiming.
- Hotwire's Overcharge Perk may not trigger lightning damage consistently. Releasing and pressing the Attack button again will restart lightning damage.
- Constructors' Plasma Pulse grenades may not deploy or damage enemies after the player fires a Bow. Using other weapon types (Melee included) doesn't break the ability's functionality.
- Epic Lok-Bot isn't categorized as a Constructor and may not activate Team Perks (Legendary rarity not affected).
- The Hero Commander Buckle+ Perk currently provides reduced effective damage as weapon level increases.
- The player character may sometimes use an incorrect arm-sweep animation when interacting with world objects.
