Vector Shroud is a Rare Back Bling in Fortnite, that can be purchased in the Item Shop for 
400 V-Bucks, with the Luminary Vision Bundle for 2,000 V-Bucks, or with FriendlyMachine's Locker Bundle for 2,500 V-Bucks. Vector Shroud was first released in Chapter 4: Season 4 and is part of the Luminary Vision Set.
