- War Machine's Iron Patriot style is based on the Iron Patriot armor worn by James Rhodes during the Iron Patriot storyline.
- War Machine's wrist-mounted plasma blasters will be switched out for wrist-mounted machine guns if War Machine's Arsenal is equipped. Featuring a unique animation of the weaponry retracting and appearing.[1]
- The shoulder-mounted gatling gun on War Machine will disappear if equipped with certain Back Blings.
- The shoulder-mounted missile launcher will also disappear if either War Machine's Arsenal, War Machine's Auto Turret, or War Machine's Hover Jets are equipped.

- War Machine wears the M.O.A.B.B. as his Back Bling.
