The Water Balloon is an Item in Fortnite: Battle Royale. It was introduced in Season 9 for the Splashdown LTM.
Functionality[]
The Water Balloon is thrown at an enemy to deal a small amount of damage to them. It cannot deal damage to the player who threw it, or team members.
Obtained[]
The Water Balloon could only be obtained in the Splashdown LTM. It was given to all players upon entering the mode. Every 6 seconds, a player would gain a water balloon.
Stats[]
The Water Balloon deals 10 damage per hit.

- You need to be fairly close to attack another player with a water balloon, as the throw range is relatively short.

Trivia[]
- The Water Balloon also appears as a Rare toy. This toy deals no damage when thrown.
- The Water Balloon causes affected players to drip water for a couple of seconds after being hit. This is purely visual.
