Boss[]
Wolverine was a hostile Boss introduced during Chapter 2: Season 4. He could have been found in Weeping Woods/Slurpy Swamp after Update v14.20.
Boss Loot[]
Wolverine dropped the following items when eliminated:
Wolverine's Claws |
---|
Behavior[]
Wolverine roamed around Weeping Woods in search of opponents to fight, sometimes crossing through Slurpy Swamp in the process.
When Wolverine is alerted, he will do the Snikt! Emote and begin running towards his target. Wolverine alternates between his Superpower and claws in combat. If he eliminates his target or loses sight of them, he will do the Snikt! emote again.
Special Abilities[]
- Super Speed
- Wolverine had a significant speed boost, which allowed him to close the distance between him and his target much easier.
- HP Regeneration
- Wolverine would heal himself overtime. Capable of healing back to max health when left undisturbed. This ability also worked when he was knocked down.
- Self Revive
- When knocked, Wolverine would Self Revive once 7 seconds had passed, restoring all of his health. The ability made it impossible to fully shake him down before he revived himself.
Emotes[]
Wolverine will do the following emotes during combat:

Boss Trivia[]
- When roaming around, Wolverine had a unique walking animation. Depicting him with his claws up.
- Outside of the Spin Slash ability, Wolverine didn't actually use his Superpower in combat. Instead, he attacked his targets with the Adamantium Claws Harvesting Tool.
- His Adamantium Claws are also unaffected by the Snikt! Emote, as he was never seen actually putting them away after a battle.
- Wolverine is the first Boss with a Self Revive capability.
Strategy[]
- When encountering Wolverine, keep in mind that he will not stop pursuing you unless he is distracted by another player or AI. Try to shoot him from a distance, as when provoked, he will approach the player to use his melee attack.
- It is useful to use a sniper to land a headshot at him while he is passive and then immediately switch to another weapon. Constantly deal damage to him, switch weapons if one weapon is out of ammo and needs to be reloaded, as he has a healing ability that will help him quickly regain health.
- Even when he is knocked out, he will heal himself, so the player has a few seconds to fully eliminate him before he revives himself back up.
- If possible, try to get on an indestructible surface, as he cannot get up there.
Lore[]

James Howlett, also known as Wolverine and under the alter ego of Patch is a superhero from Reality: 616.
History[]
Nexus War: Thor[]
As Galactus felt the reality shift during The End, and started to travel towards its source, The Zero Point, in order to consume it and become even more powerful. Thor arrived on the island through the Bifrost to warn its inhabitants of the upcoming threat, and summoned Wolverine, Doctor Doom, She-Hulk, Tony Stark, Storm, and Groot. S.H.I.E.L.D. also made an appearance, and provided Quinjets and Helicarrier 64 to aid in the mission.
Chapter 2: Season 4[]
The Imagined Order allowed the superheroes to settle in on the island and fight back against Galactus, who was visible at-the-time as a red dot in the sky, as all of reality was at stake. Wolverine stayed at Weeping Woods, attacking everyone he sees.
The Devourer of Worlds[]
When Galactus finally arrived to the island, he used his powerful abilities to rip The Zero Point out from The Bridge and began to absorb its power. However, The Zero Point seemed to have fought back, and violently pulled the tendrils of energy Galactus was absorbing back into it. This process cracked The Zero Point, and it pulled the entire island into The In-Between. In the ensuing battle Wolverine helped destroy Gatherers. Galactus was tricked into swallowing the battle buses, and the gamma cells were promptly detonated, injuring Galactus and sending him through a rift.
Fortnite X Marvel: Zero War[]
Wolverine, under the name of Patch has been drinking in Princess Bar as Spider-Man, Agent Jones and The Imagined join him. Spider-Man tells him how Imagined and Jones got there. Imagined tells him that it will be the best battle he ever had, convincing him to join them. To find The Zero Shard, they travel to Wakanda. They fight against robot panther mechs that Shuri commands to stop. They go into the Vibranium vault, where Wolverine smells and tracks down the Shard into Serpent Valley. They are attacked by Hybrids and follow one to their base that gets blown up. They track more Hybrids and prepare a camp for the night. Imagined gets close with Wolverine, telling her backstorh and origims to him. She says she likes who Wolverine is, giving him a kiss. Next day, they reach High Evolutionary and Stegron's laboratory. The group distracts Evolutionary and Stegron as Spider-Man sneaks into the lab to steal the Zero Shard. He meets Doctor Doom inside who escapes with a portal. They stop fighting and Evolutionary lets them get away to chase Doom. They end up on The Ice Moon near The Ice King's castle. They go inside but Jones accidentally triggers a hologram of the Ice King that congratulates them for reaching him. The holgoram tells them they are too dangerous to left alive so the group runs away. Imagined gets attacked by Doom and get in a fight with Doom. He beats them but Spider-Man steals the Zero Shard and uses it to power the Mecha Team Leader. Doom gets away and the Mecha carries the team to Reality Zero.
Collision / Fortnite X Marvel: Zero War #5[]
As the attack on The Collider starts, The Imagined notices Geno on an upper platform, firing an energy beam at Iron Man, causing him to crash. She calls The Order to help her, telling that "daddy's home". The Sisters and Wolverine climb up The Collider and blast near Geno where they get into a fight. Geno doesn't kill the sisters and rather shows mercy, but The Order kicks him making all of them fall and hold on to the platform. The Imagined sacrifices herself and jumps into The Zero Point, taking Geno with her. Wolverine carries The Order back to the surface, and Order asks him his Reality. She tells him that out of respect for her sister, she will avoid it. She angrily walks away, telling Wolverine to never cross her path again
